The glass doors in the living room slide one over the other, and the balcony is completely open to the sea. In the terrace area, there is a large Balinese bed (180x180), a heated Jacuzzi with night lighting, and a seating area where you can relax while reading a book or enjoying a cocktail. The apartment has two bedrooms with ocean views. One of them is completely glazed, thus creating a spacious and bright space. Both the living room windows and those in the two bedrooms have automatic opaque blinds to create privacy between one area and another at bedtime. The two beds in the bedrooms are 150x190 with good firm mattresses and viscoelastic foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment features two complete bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. The showers are walk-in, and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a bean bag area ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You can watch all the TV channels from your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the couch. The white natural linen sofa turns into a large bed measuring 160x200. The WiFi is high speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. It has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction stovetop, washer/dryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, juicer, etc. Ideal for families, couples and travelers looking to enjoy the beach, cuisine and Mediterranean lifestyle. Our Cueva Aventura offers three troglodyte accommodations: the Cueva Francesca 1/3 people (accessible to people with reduced mobility), the Cueva Lucia 2/5 people and the Cueva Emilia 4/7 people. The Cueva Francesca (50 m2) consists of a private and furnished patio, a living room (equipped kitchen, hollowed sofa, table, chairs, TV), a large bedroom (1 bed of 180 and 1 bed of 90 or 3 beds of 90, supplement for the 3rd single bed), walk-in shower, sink, toilet. Our salt pool (no allergies, no smell but we thank you for the stability and maintenance of the water not to use sunscreens) lined with its small cuevas to shelter your nap as well as the barbecue and the petanque court are to be shared. The price includes bed linen (which is made on arrival), towels, pool towel, cleaning at the end of the stay and electricity. The bio-climatic feature of the cave naturally air-conditions it. Nearest airport: Granada, and it is necessary to have a vehicle. If the weather is bad: Netflix 😉 The little extras so as not to be caught off guard: dishwashing liquid, sponge, dish towels, fresh water, coffee (pods and coffee and filters), tea, sugar, basic condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper)... and small candies ✨✨✨

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
