Bright, quiet and spacious 70 m2 apartment for 4 guests with 2 bedrooms Perfect for enjoying a break or teleworking in Madrid, as it is located in a very convenient area. Excellent choice for a stay, given its larger size (70 m2), brightness (many are dark or low-ceilinged), and elevator. In the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes by metro from Av. América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. Bernabeu Stadium nearby. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, all with large windows that provide natural light (most apartments in the neighborhood are on the ground floor or interior, with less light and pedestrian traffic). Large beds with latex mattresses and pillows, and cotton sheets. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV (FireTV), air conditioning and heating.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.

Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. Temporary rental for non-tourist purposes. Online registration and contract signing are mandatory.

Bright and cozy loft in the heart of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. With 40 m², high ceilings, and exposed wooden beams, it has a warm, character-filled atmosphere. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, comfortable bed, and a compact bathroom once used during photo sessions. Originally my photography studio, it retains its open layout, artistic spirit, and unique charm, perfect for couples’ getaways.
