The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

It is only 10 min. from I-95, 20 from downtown Fayetteville, the hospital and Hope Mills and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, convenience stores, and food. Includes a private walking trail, a book nook with a divers collection of more than 2000 books and a Mediterranean court with fire pit area, for grilling and eating.
