"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or for a multigenerational vacation. We welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students who are preparing for exams, girlfriend vacations, outpatient rehab participants or or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes on foot (see below). The stop of the seasonal spa train is very close by. IMPORTANT: There is a spa tax obligation! (see below)

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 square meters plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. Bremerhaven city center or the dike can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

The building, which was completely renovated in 2020, is in an outdoor location and offers you a mile-long view of the Dutch town of Friedrichstadt on the large south terrace. The nearby Treene river offers you a variety of leisure activities.
