Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run freely there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding highways. Unfortunately, the railway line is currently closed. Please ask the DB if necessary.

Wandern, joggen, oder für Hundebesitzer beginnt ein Wadgebiet direkt am Haus.

We are renting out our newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 2-family house with direct access to a small terrace.
