The apartment is located in Kellinghusen. The Stör river is very close. The outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) is reachable in a few minutes' walk. Kellinghusen is centrally located between the North and Baltic Seas, all of which are easily accessible by car, which invites day trips. The cities of Hamburg and Kiel are about 1 hour away and can be reached quickly via the A7. The train station in Wrist is about 5 km from our property, good bus connection or taxi. The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

At the southern end of Fitzbek there is a canoe docking facility. The apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms with direct views of Fitzbek's storks is on the first floor of an old farm.
