Close to National and State Parks, Skiing, Hiking, Camping, Watauga Lake, Boone and Blowing Rock, NC; Damascus and Abingdon, VA . We are centrally located to major attractions but be careful if sightseeing, adventure, or family fun is on your agenda. Once you are here, you might not want to leave. My place is close to Ski Sugar (4 miles), Ski Beech (4 miles), Grandfather Mtn, Boone, Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, Blue Ridge Parkway. You’ll love my place because it's Nested in the Lush surroundings of the Blue Ridge Mtns and sits directly above a rushing creek. You will be soothed by sights and sounds of the creek while relaxing on the deck.

Alvarado Cabin on the river and Creeper Trail

**THIS CABIN IS NOT LOCATED ON THE MAIN PROPERTY**Our Big Rock Cabin, is tucked along the riverside near Alvarado Station, on an acre of private property. Enjoy easy access to the Creeper Trail, which runs right alongside the river, through the property. A 2 bedroom cabin that boasts a well-stocked kitchen, a family room/dining area, oven, dishwasher, AC/heat, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. A large, partially covered porch with a gas grill, has gates on both entrances to help keep children/pets safe.

Nita's Rustic Cabin

Located in a rural mountain area close to Plumtree, NC, and the Yellow Mtn AT trail. Trout fishing on property. Best suited for couples and older children due to some of the the rustic features of this home not being safe for small children. Small pets under 30lbs ok. There will be a $20 dollar per pet fee added for each animal per night. No agressive Breeds allowed. The cabin is 30 mins from Grandfather Mtn. Guests must provide own linens, and be comfortable navigating a dirt drive.
