No airco! This is a loft style condo with over 1,000 square foot of unobstructed space and 40-foot vaulted ceilings with one bath. It is serene and romantic with soothing interior, creative craft and painting, and a 100-mile view of the mountains. The sun rises in your windows and as it sets colors the mountains in magical shades of blues orange yellow and everything in between. It can’t be described it has to be seen and experienced. My favorite place to get away recharge and reconnect.

Enjoy the solitude of our little piece of Appalachian paradise, centrally located with a short 15- to 20- minute drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, local wineries/restaurants and the ski resorts. Take in a beautiful High Country sunset - with a glass of wine of course - from one of the three decks overlooking lush Hounds Ears Valley and then cruise the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway the next morning. Our condo is dog-friendly and fully stocked for your next mountain getaway!

Come visit western North Carolina. At 5000 ft. our condo complex has great access to Oma’s Meadow run on Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and nearby restaurants. We’re also close to Grandfather Mountain State Park. Our efficiency unit features a queen bed, sleeper sofa, duo Keurig coffee maker, and smart TV for streaming. Make Sugar Mountain your quick getaway destination. Be sure to use a parking pass during your stay (provided). Snow chains or 4x4 required heavy snow conditions.

This is a 1,100 square foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with an upstairs loft, 40-foot ceilings, shared porch, and a view that has to be seen to be believed. Internet is strong, cell phone is not. Not a great place for elderly or children, 1 flight of stairs. Construction has just started in the building on the left, last until 5 pm on weekdays No AC in any of the condos due to location, cool in evenings and 2 table fans and a ceiling fan available .

Sugar Ski and Country Club - Sweet Suite

Newly renovated condo at Sugar Ski and Country Club, the only ski in/ski out complex on the mountain! Check the slope reports and live cams on Sugar Mountain Resort website. 4 wheel drive may be needed in inclement weather. Elevation is 4900 feet for long range views that can be enjoyed from inside the condo. A set of Dimplex electric fire logs means you can simply turn on a cozy fire as soon as you arrive. NO PETS!
