Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Between the Baltic Sea beach and Lübeck, our apartment is located on the upper floor of a house built in 1926. The stairs to the apartment are wooden (not soundless). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The public transport takes you to the beaches and to Lübeck. The apartment has its own parking space, small garden with terrace and its own entrance. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The apartment is in the center of Bad Schwartau. The spa gardens and the forests are easily reached in a few steps. As well as the shopping (supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlor, restaurants). The Baltic Sea with its beautiful beach is about 9 km away and the old town of Lübeck with its historic flair is about 7 km away. The Holstein spa (healing power from iodine brine) and the Asklepios Clinic are also a short walk away.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is recommended only for a short period of time. Living and sleeping takes place in one room (see drawing). Cooking food is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. I'm sure you'll spend a great time at this cozy place.

Charming old building apartment in the historic center

Our apartment is located in the middle of Lübeck's old town in a typical Renaissance gable house. From here you can easily reach everything on foot – the famous Holstentor, the museum harbor, the Gothic churches and the many small alleys and corridors that meander through Lübeck. Right outside the front door, the bus stops, which takes you to Travemünde in less than half an hour to the beach.
