This great apartment is located in one of the best locations in Hamburg (Harvestehude district). In 200 m you are at the Hamburg Außenalster. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony leads to a quiet backyard. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. In the bedroom, for example, there is a 1.80 m wide and high-quality box spring bed available and on the balcony there is a great gas grill (use is free of charge).

We offer a great small 1-room apartment in the Grindelviertel for one to three people in the immediate vicinity of trade fair, university and downtown. Our small apartment is comfortably furnished, has a kitchenette with fridge, sink and two hotplates (on request we can provide an oven), a small bathroom, seating for eating or working, a sofa bed and a gallery with cozy sleeping berth. It is quietly located to a backyard.

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.

Welcome to Hamburg! :) My two room Apartement (65sqm) with balcony to the south is just 150m to lake Alster. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
