Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May to September, you can book for 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.
