Built in 2021. 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Access to shared pool. Pure idyll in the countryside, but with only 2.5 km to good shopping, as well as about 10 minutes by car to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats and horses. Owner lives on the grounds, but for the second long. Fibernet and TV package. NEW 2025: Gameroom with table football, table tennis and retro game console.

Likewise, the Funen fishing waters are within a short driving distance and Barløse Golf for a round, can be reached possibly by bike. Faurskov Mill is an old watermill with one of Denmark's largest mill wheels, diameter (6.40 m). There was originally a grain mill, which was later changed to a wool spinning mill. The mill has not been running since the 1920s.

Located above the ground floor and is done in a personalized scandinavian style with calm colors and a lot of light. Private entrance from a staircase/balcony, view to forest and water. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
