We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Take a vacation in a late Gothic half-timbered house built in 1467. Feel the atmosphere of crooked walls and a floor that reflects the history of the house and its inhabitants. Also enjoy the hospitality of the wine god Bacchus of Bruttig-Fankel. Capacity for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. The house joins old with modern and offers 110 m² with a big kitchen/dining room with balcony, a cosy living room with 2 convenient bed couches, one sleeping room with double bed and bathroom, one sleeping room with 4 single beds and a second bath downstairs.

Wie sagte ein Freund: das ist ja ein Rosamunde-Pilcher-Traum... :) Das Gingerbread Guesthouse is ein 350 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus im malerischen Städtchen Bacharach. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
