The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

Excursion destinations such as Traben-Trarbach and Cochem are easily accessible by public transport. Numerous restaurants and ostrich farms invite you to linger.

Bikes can be parked in a lockable garage. Parking is available on the Moselle river bank. There are restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Grocery stores are 10 minutes away by car.
