Please Note: No children. This is not a kid-friendly rental due to the staircase and railing. Pet dogs are allowed with a paid pet deposit and prior approval. NO cats or other animals. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway under the rim with scenic views! Colcord Mountain Hideaway is an 800 sq foot second story studio with a lower level kitchenette. Perfect for a romantic couples weekend or a family of four. Located just under the Mogollon Rim lookout and near Woods Canyon Lake, the area offers lots of trails for hiking, biking or horseback riding! Horse stalls are $25 each. We have a round pen nearby. No dogs unless we have talked about it.

Very well furnished lodge style decor. There is a one bedroom home next to this home that is also posted on Airbnb. "Mountain Views with Giant Fire Pit" Each home is very private. If you are in need of another bedroom, or use of the fire pit, then renting both units would be an option. I will given a discount on the smaller unit, if both are rented together.
