Chic Pool Oasis | Fresh Interior and Heated Pool

Get into full relaxation mode by hosting a poolside BBQ for family and friends. Gather around a fire pit when the desert air gets chilly after dark. Hold conversations in a living room where there's a blend of modern elegance and southwestern charm. The whole house was just remodeled! Brand new kitchen and bathrooms; all appliances are brand new too! The house has wood-look tile in all the common spaces and new carpet in the bedrooms. The backyard was just upgraded with new pool decking and patio. Pool heating (optional, typically late October to April): $150/week or $35/night for stays less than a week (7 nights). [We do not make money on this. We have an electric pool heater which is the quickest way to heat pools and are NOT weather dependent (i.e. the pool can be used year-round, even for a midnight swim); consequently, they are the most expensive to operate. You can expect the pool temp to be up to 82F (the ideal heated pool temperature).] The kitchen, living room, dining area and family room are all one large "L" shaped room, making this a great space to relax and spend time with your travel companions. TV has local channels, Netflix, Hulu, and a TiVo DVR. There is also a sound bar that will pair with any Bluetooth enabled device. There is high-speed 60Mbps Wi-Fi over the whole house and outdoors. The house is air conditioned (obviously, we're in a desert!) The entire home is accessible to you. The garage is available for use, but it has a low clearance; there is plenty of parking on driveway and the street if you have anything larger than a small crossover SUV. The washer and dryer are also available for use, accessed via the patio. The pool is open but not heated. I will connect with you a few days before your scheduled arrival with access code to the property. Please note we change the code for every guest for your safety. Only as much as required by guests - you will be able to get check-in and out of the place by yourself. We want you to feel at home, and comfortable. If you are need of anything, we are available via text, email, or phone 24/7. Please do not hesitate to get a hold of us if something needs immediate attention or if you have questions or concerns. The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood in Tempe. It's walkable, and is close to parks, outdoor activities, and shopping. Very easy and ample parking. 10 miles from Sky Harbor Airport 1 mile to Light Rail Train Station (but does have a free park-and-ride garage on McClintock) 2 miles to ASU 2.5 miles to Tempe Marketplace (Shopping, Restaurants & Movie Theater) 7.5 miles to Old town Scottsdale Located just off the 101 Freeway and Broadway Road allows for easy access to the airport Uber/Lyft are very easy and quick to arrive. In an effort to be environmentally conscious, the air conditioning will not run if any exterior door (including the garage door) is left open for more than 3 minutes. It will automatically shut off until the door(s) are closed. Doors must be FULLY shut for the AC to read them as closed. Recycle all bottles, cans, aluminum, plastics, paper, and cardboard in the blue recycle bin (next to the garage). Everything else goes in the trash, which is a large black bin in the alley, accessible via the gate in the back yard.
