Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

The 40 m² property consists of a living room with one bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a multi-function microwave suitable for baking bread rolls, as well as an air fryer. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable stay in warmer months.

The holiday home is situated on our spacious, tree-lined property. Here you can truly relax and enjoy peace and nature, even though we’re located in the Hanseatic town of Uelzen. It offers approx. 40 m² on the ground floor with a sofa bed and a cozy 10 m² loft (ceiling height ~1.5 m) with a double bed.
