Welcome to Woodfin! Our home is conveniently located on the north side of Asheville-- just a hop and a skip to the River Arts district, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville. Avery's park is a short walk, and the Craggy Mountain RR Line is just down the road. Our neighborhood is warm and welcoming, and so is our pet-friendly home, which was built as one of Woodfin's local mill houses in the 1920's. You'll find a clean, restful vibe with a lot of love in the walls.

Power & Water Available! Enjoy a tranquil stay near the river in this lovely vacation home by the French Broad River. Take a 10 minute stroll to the Riverside Park to have a scenic walk and take photos by the river. This house has a fiber connection and is suitable for multiple people to do remote work, gaming, and streaming. We are also solar powered!
