Close to Ruhr-University and nearby Mark 51 you can find a peaceful home with small kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and Nespresso coffee maker. You can work from this place as well as enjoy some Roku tv with Disney+ and Amazon. To get downtown you can use the bus stop in front of the house or walk to the next underground within 10-15 min. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Here you will find peace and quiet in nature. City about 15 min. walk (it goes relatively steeply uphill). Hiking trail below the house. Parking space for cars at the house. Public transport is easily accessible. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped with stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, rain shower, washing machine, dryer, towel warmer and hairdryer, couch, underfloor heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, sun terrace.

For information about public transport, download the VRR app to the Mobile To get into the apartment you cross our hallway where you can also meet other guests and us. Behind the door you are very private. For those interested, I offer city tours through Witten for a donation. If you arrive by train, it is easier. Parking is almost impossible in the city center.
