Enjoy relaxing on the covered back deck overlooking the spacious backyard and view of the river. At night relax by a fire and do some start gazing . It's easy to see why we call this "Our little piece of Heaven" ❤️

Just 6 miles from historic downtown Marietta, we’re a 108-acre family farm with beloved Highland cattle and sweet goats, too. Open to general public on limited summer weekends. Trails, creeks, fields, hammocks and front row seats to stunning sunsets are all part of the package. A nearly century-old barn offers a custom banquet table for a special occasion or meal. An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. This Riverboat town is home to many eclectic shops and has a lively downtown vibe with great dining and shopping. This little cottage is walkable to most locations including downtown. The cottage offers an apartment-sized washer/dryer, coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom. Equipped with all the modern conveniences.

The Moody Fox

***brand new hot tub*** A little two bedroom wooden cabin. Enjoy a crisp, cool morning with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the views of color changing mountains. Warm up in the hot tub under the stars. Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

Located near the Wayne National Forest, enjoy the peace and quiet of the country while taking in the wildlife and many species of birds. Sit around the firepit (fire wood provided), enjoy s'mores and count the stars in the night. There are plenty of acres to explore. A couple of paths have been developed or create your own adventure. No hunting or fishing is allowed. Warning for those with small children, there is a pond below the house.
