“We were absolutely blown away by our stay at Frank and Zoltan’s place. The location was absolutely perfect. We had a car, but left it tucked away at the Air B&B where private parking was included. We were so close that we walked to the Falls and to some really great restaurants. Even though right downtown and walking distance to everything, the house is tucked away on a quiet street. The apartment itself was warm, cozy, charming, and immaculate. The kitchen had anything you could want to prepare meals. Frank and Zoltan also had coffees, teas, juices, and many other beverages including a lovely bottle of local wine for us to enjoy. They even had fresh fruit and plenty of delicious snacks! The bed was like sleeping in a cozy cloud! The entire apartment was decorated so tastefully and with comfort in mind. Don’t worry if you forgot to pack anything, Frank and Zoltan have thought of everything! Zoltan’s gardens are enchanting and inspiring. Talk about romantic, this trip was everything we had hoped our trip to Niagra Falls would be thanks to our sweet stay at Frank and Zoltan’s! If we could give this place 10 stars, we would without hesitation.”

“Easy instructions, swift replies and thoughtful details. A true escape from the big city (Toronto). You’re located just minutes away from attractions but tucked away in your own private bubble. Even though there are other people living in the front of the home there was never a time we saw or interacted with them... though we heard a dog and really wanted to pet it, haha. My boyfriend and I felt like we were in a private suite with our own personal pool and hot tub. Very romantic getaway. Luckily we brought a cooler to store some of our other food/drinks. You only have access to a mini fridge. It was raining the day we wanted to bbq but you’re provided with an electric stove. Literally anything you can think of they’ve got you covered. I could go on and on. You get more than you pay for. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it.”
Welcome to the best kept secret in Niagara Falls, Canada! We're located a mere walking distance from Tim Horton's, groceries, pubs, beer store, swimming, golf, fishing...and only 5kms from the Falls! This quaint apartment has a modern cottage look and feel, with ample private parking and patio. Best of all, our proximity to the Falls means you get to avoid the gridlock tourist traffic!
“Phil's place is just great. Near everything you would need, quiet, and beautiful. The dock across the street was nice to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. Phil saw us on the patio and I had been outside singing b/c I could not get the TV to work (this is my error b/c I don't really like technology) and he went in straight away and told Justin how to use it. I really recommend to anyone to stay here if you're looking for a lovely place. I had originally booked the Hilton for the view and then we went with Phil's place. So glad I made that change. Thank you Phil for letting us in your space. I was celebrating my 38th birthday and had never seen the Falls - this place made it very special. Loved it.”
