We prioritize relaxation, so the hot tub runs year round, flowers and champagne are available per request! We have one queen bed, a futon bed and a couch for extra sleeping space. This unit does have a tenant in the basement so after 10pm is quite time, but with tv in the bedroom and the livingroom/kitchen level between you and the basement this is not hard to do. Bright and spacious, this place makes visiting Niagara Falls easy.
