Brown Boys Lakehouse Darbonne

Come Relax and catch some fish at this peaceful country cottage. 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. 2 king size beds, a bunk bed, and a twin bed. Has everything you need to come and relax and enjoy your time on the water. Boat dock with 2 boat slips and a fish cleaning table. A game room for the kids. A screened in back porch to sit and enjoy the breeze. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit by the lake. Located up Corney Creek with excellent fishing. 60” tv in the den, with 50” TVs in the bedrooms. Locust Street Cottage

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Built in 1830 and lovingly renovated for now, it’s a slice of Vicksburg’s past. The Old Courthouse museum is visible from the back courtyard and the historic downtown is just a short walk. There’s a brewery and several unique restaurants just a few blocks away in the downtown with fun shopping close by. Casinos and the National Military Park are just a short drive. Has a desk, if needed and internet provided.

This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

For those who are interested in taking in the natural beauty of the area, visit Black Bayou Lake National Wildlife Refuge and Chemin-A-Haut State Park. Looking for trophy-size fish 🐟 ? Bussey Brake Reservoir is 15 minutes away! On-site RV setup is also offered. An AirBnB reservation is required. It is $50 a night.

There is plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy all this area has to offer.

Williams Lakehouse @Calion Lake-15 min 2 El Dorado

Williams Lakehouse @Calion Lake is located 15 minutes from El Dorado. This beautiful 1,200 sq ft open floor plan lake house sits on 2.5 acres of gated water-front property. Inside the property, you will find a 75 inch tv, two queen sofa beds, one murphy bed (enclosed within the barn doors), a wood burning fireplace, and an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property includes a 60 ft long floating dock, fire pit, and a grill.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.
