“Pine Log Cabin is a gem. We spent several nights there on a short summer getaway and appreciated not only the cozy, clean space, but it’s proximity to fun activities like floating the White River and hiking at Lake Leatherwood. Dorothy takes great care to make it a special, comfortable stay. We couldn’t recommend it more and are already planning our next excuse to go back!”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Glass-front Cottage #6. This one is downhill a bit from the office (felt very secluded) and had a really gorgeous view of the lake. The cottage itself really had everything we could have wanted and then some -- plenty of nice towels, basic toiletries, lots of space to stretch out, satellite television, and a really great deck complete with Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill all set up and ready to light if you were energetic enough to grill (we were not). The bird feeder hanging on the deck was also a nice touch and provided some morning entertainment as the chickadees, nuthatches and titmice came in for their morning meal. ( For the birders out there who are hoping to experience a little nature during their visit, I also heard but didn't see summer tanagers, pileated woodpeckers and barred owls.) The kitchen had everything we needed and the extra touches of coffee, half and half, snacks, and even orange juice and muffins for our first morning were clearly part of what makes Kevin a superhost. He is also very friendly, responsive, and happy to share information on local restaurants and activities. Other people have noted the walk down to the water can be a little hard but if you are reasonably fit and wearing proper shoes, most people should be able to make it no problem. The trip is so worth it as Beaver Lake is a gem -- beautiful clear water that was the perfect temperature for our mid-August stay. The added bonus of complimentary kayaks and stand-up paddle boards make the hike even more worthwhile. And the very reasonably priced whole- or partial-day pontoon boat rental, which we took advantage of, made our little lake get-away just perfect. The only small caution I would offer is that if you HAVE to do work that relies on cell service or wifi, neither is strong in this cottage and you may need to at the very least get to the top of the hill for maximum cell service. For the casual user checking email or texting, no problem at all, though. Eureka Springs is a cool town, too, and we regret only that we were there during Covid, which kind of kept us out of most of the really cool stores in town. We hope to make up for that next time. Thanks for a great stay, Kevin!”
Ozark Spring Mountain View Cabin, King Bed, Over-sized Jacuzzi Jetted Spa Tub for Two, Private Deck, Full Kitchen, Gas Grill, Trails, and Secluded Tranquility. Amazing hidden location... like a hidden shire of hobbit homes.
“Wonderful! We came up for a short trip to Eureka Springs and loved our stay at the cabin. We wanted to be close enough to town, but secluded enough to have privacy and be in nature. It's close to the beautiful Blue Springs gardens and the Dam. Our deck had a beautiful view overlooking the hills. It was super peaceful and private. Check-in was easy with a lock pad at the door. Cell phone reception can be a little tricky, but that just happens in Eureka Springs for some. Communication from Damon and their team were quick and helpful. We hope to visit again in the future!”
