Cozy home away from home. Snowbirds and boaters welcome! Close to the River & nearby golf course. Ample parking for Boat & RV. Amazing backyard with swimming pool, sun lounging, fire pit, propane barbecue, Tiki Hut & seating. Full laundry room, washer/dryer. Kitchen fully stocked, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, spices, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender & Keurig.(K-pods & cream) Internet, Smart TV’s in family room & all bedrooms. Central air/heat, fireplace, & reverse osmosis water filter.

Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

The house has everything you could need for a weekend at the river. Enjoy morning coffee(provided). while seated under the large patio cover with fans BBQ, table (see pics). It will feel more like a home than an Airbnb. Near the water &, close to 3 launch ramps, and off-roading trails. Large driveway for an RV or boat. The house stays extra cool with A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will ❤️ the doggy door. There is no garage access or parking in the backyard. Max 2 dog no cats

Relax into the slow pace desert life in our brand new desert home, designed + decorated with love. Traveling with kids? Our Desert Oasis has 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy some family time in the AC watching Netflix on our 70’ TV. We are conveniently located minutes away from multiple boat launch sites, including Jack Smith and 15 minutes away from Oatman Ghost Town, a family favorite. Looking for some adult fun instead, we are 20 mins from the casinos in Laughlin, Nevada.

Grounds have ample parking for boats trailers, and personal water craft. You must see to believe!
