#1 My place is close to Lake Mohave. Just 5 minutes from Laughlin, Nevada and the Big resort Casinos and Las Vegas is a short 90 minute drive. Lake Mohave is Katherine landing, see the Marina for boat and Seadoo PWC rentals. Davis Camp is great 4 the river, At the end of our block for great views of the dam, seadoo rentals, gazebos, & great day camping & BBQ. Must see Historic Oatman mining town & Grand Canyon west rim(2hrs) south rim 3hrs. Sams club, Chilis, IHOP, Walmart, Etc. 5 minutes away

Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. Perfect home and location!!! Clean, spacious with ample parking for boats, trailers all fenced in. Launching just few blocks from here. Private dock. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ.
