The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Come visit our cute, quaint home located a vast piece of land just minutes from Broadway Lake access where you can cast a line or go for a swim. Spend your time away by our fire pit, grilling on the porch, or simply watching the sunset and occasional deer sightings from covered deck. While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker.
