It is a studio unit with a completely open floorplan. The bedroom area boasts a King size bed with luxury bedding. This studio can sleep 2 extra guest as well with its queen size sleeper sofa. It is very centrally located!

We are located in the Pettigru Historic District and are just a 5 minute walk from Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 15 minute walk to Main Street. This is an upstairs unit (1 of 3 total units located within the triplex) and has a private, exterior entrance. There's a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, bowls, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for your stay as well as a stocked Nespresso machine!

Enjoy this peaceful condo that is centrally-located, a block from Main Street with fabulous restaurants and shopping, 1 block to Peace Center, 2 blocks from the picturesque River Walk, Falls, and Swamp Rabbit Trail. that has 31 miles of paved trails, rated one of the best trails with many parks and memorials. Livability ranked Greenville as one of the Top 10 Best Downtowns in the country. Sorry no pets allowed because we had complaints from other owners.
