Hangers and hand steamer available in dresser. Private entrance and lockbox allow guests to come and go as they please. Parking available in driveway. 420 friendly outside the house (no smoking or vaping inside).

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Stay in the perfect location in the middle of it all - 15 minutes to Red Rocks, or downtown Denver; 1.5 hours to Breckenridge or Rocky Mountain National Park! Our guest suite (the bottom level of our home) provides you with a beautiful spot to relax and rest before taking on your next adventure. We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.

Rest easy while you’re here - our place is spacious, comfortable, and very clean! We are in a quiet neighborhood near Paramount Park and Crown Hill Park with walking/running/biking trails just a couple of blocks away. Downtown Denver is 17 minutes away. Red Rocks is 21 minutes away. Major ski resorts are roughly 1 hour 20 minutes away. Access to I-70 is 2 miles away and 6th Ave is 3.8 miles away, both of which will take you to the city and mountains.

Welcome to Chuck and Nancy's near Olde Town Arvada! We are located less than 3 miles from Olde Town, 13 miles from downtown, 2 miles from the new light rail station, 13 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 11 miles to Mile High Stadium, 22 miles from Boulder, CO and 6 miles to great hiking at North Table Mtn in Golden. Our welcome book has recommendations for restaurants, breweries and hiking trails in the area.

We have made our Airbnb the way we would love it - comfortable! Our private guest suite has a Cozy King size memory foam bed with down pillow top covered in high quality sheets and down blankets. We have a full kitchen with all the items you need for cooking, washer/dryer with detergent, and bathroom with amenities.
