Very accessible - Weimar world culture city with beech forest, Erfurt, Jena with Goethe and Schiller, as well as an environment with lots of greenery and mild climate. Saaleradwanderweg about 500 m away.

The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.

Die Exklusive Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Materialien und der freie Blick auf die drei Gleichen ist einzigartig.Ihr könnt von hier aus zum Waldhaus wandern in 15 Minuten. Es gibt leckere Italienisch /Deutsche Speisen und selbstgebrautes Bier. Dort fährt auch ein Bus bis nach Erfurt. Fahrrad/Wandertouren sind vor Ort möglich.

Modern, charming summer house! Dogs allowed

Our small summer house is located about 4 km from the city center of Erfurt. It is very quiet and idyllic and has a beautiful view over the city. The garden has a lot of meadow, trees, is about 650 square meters and is fully fenced. The bedroom is small, has a box spring bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) and TV. Our living room is equipped with TV,sofa bed, a small tiled stove and dining table. In the terrace there is a seating area and a day bed .

A serene outdoor space features a well-maintained lawn, adjacent to a private pool. Wooden decking surrounds the water, accompanied by lounge chairs and a large umbrella. Lush greenery and potted plants enhance the garden's inviting atmosphere.

Cozy bungalow with pool

Chic, cute and fully equipped bungalow with a magnificent outdoor pond. Pool (May - September), terrace and parking right by the house. In the north of Erfurt, in a very quiet garden about 15 minutes from the city center, lies this small and very cozy oasis. Excellent transport links, tram stop at 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.
