Very accessible - Weimar world culture city with beech forest, Erfurt, Jena with Goethe and Schiller, as well as an environment with lots of greenery and mild climate. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

Chic, cute and fully equipped bungalow with a magnificent outdoor pond. Pool (May - September), terrace and parking right by the house. In the north of Erfurt, in a very quiet garden about 15 minutes from the city center, lies this small and very cozy oasis. Excellent transport links, tram stop at 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.
