Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. PRICES include guest fee (tourist tax) & final cleaning! NO extra costs! Enjoy the great location of the cozy apartment BALTRUM, renovated in 2024, on the upper floor of the old fisherman's house. With the dike in view, your relaxation begins with just one step outside the door. From the apartment you can reach Horumersiel & Schillig within a few minutes, as well as the beaches on foot. It doesn't get any more central and quiet! Your dog is also welcome here ;) The sea is looking forward to seeing you :)

Very nice and well-kept apartment with large south-facing balcony with unobstructed views of nature, 5 minutes walk to the sea and 10 to the village center. The apartment is completely lovingly furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped. A beach chair on the sandy beach in Schillig is included in the price. Laundry package ( hand and bath towels, bed linen ) can be rented for 10 Eur. Plenty of excursion and sports opportunities such as swimming, horseback riding, surfing, golfing, cycling tours.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place with lots of things to do. The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Aloa your holiday tires, it's best to read the whole text! The one-room apartment is 55 sqm and can accommodate 2 adults. Besides, it's my small, private apartment. Means that you will not find a classic holiday apartment, but a private accommodation. Which, of course, is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. From a fully automatic coffee machine to a Wii U, everything is there. Those who want to unlock more levels are welcome.;-)

Dear vacationers, I rent a lovingly furnished 50 square meter apartment for up to 2 adults + 2 children + 1 -2 dogs in a romantic Wurten village on the North Sea. Our village is a small round village with 15 houses and is nestled between meadows and fields. Your dog is also a welcome guest and has enough space to let off steam. The garden belonging to the apartment is completely fenced.
