The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as children's books and toys. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

Tucked away in the hilly low mountain range landscape of northern Hesse and surrounded by orchards, lies the historic Malberg manor house with its extensive history dating back to 1253. The reinvention of the old forester's lodge from 1964 was completed at the end of 2022. We have furnished the rooms as we would like to spend our holidays ourselves and have lovingly taken care of many details so that you will feel very comfortable with us.

Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase.

Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

When you stay in our former rectory, you will take a step back in time - with all the amenities of today. Until 1974, the building (built in 1870) was used as a rectory, then taken over by our parents and regularly renovated with love to this day. Our decor demonstrates taste and an eye for detail. You will occupy the house alone and can use the beautiful garden with seating, sun loungers, parasols and garden shed.
