The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. Eckernförde and Kappeln are each only 15 km away, the Baltic Sea beach is 3 km away, the Baltic Sea resort of Damp, with numerous leisure activities, 7 km.
