House quiet oasis in Heiligenthal

Relax in our cozy non-smoking house, in the beautiful village of Heiligenthal, the surrounding forests and fields, or in nearby Lüneburg (approx. 7 minutes by car / 20 minutes by bike). We rent our house completely, except for an office downstairs, which we do not use when guests are occupying it, or in an emergency enter via a separate entrance. We are happy if you feel comfortable here. We are happy to recommend activities, among other things. P.S. The TV only allows Internet TV (Netflix, etc.)

Or you can explore the area. Beautiful Lüneburg (10 km), Hamburg (40 km) and the Lüneburg Heath (15 km) are within easy reach. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery around the corner. The idyllic forest pool is 10 minutes away. Ideal for girls' groups: “Bake macarons with me,” 6 participants, 4 hours, €90 each.

Dream vacation apartment 116 sqm in the idyllic village of Stöckt. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen-living room, 1 shower room and a large light-flooded living-dining room with stunning views directly on the lake. The apartment is modern and cozily furnished. The terrace is 40 sqm , of which 11 sqm covered. Wonderful to chill. Direct access to the lake. Fully equipped modern kitchen for 4 people. Here you can cook wonderfully. In 2025, a lot was renovated.

One-like half-timbered skate on the ground floor

The unique half-timbered skate is a 450-year-old half-timbered barn that has been remodeled for residential purposes. The roof truss and clean cover had to be renewed. Since sheep stables have the property to have a small ceiling height, the small cottage had to be built up 1 m. An estimated 400 new wooden nails have been handmade to get the truss of its ancient look. The old sheepfold floor also found its application in the outer base and as an exterior trim.

Quiet, cozy basement apartment

The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

Our ecologically built duplex apartment (2010) not only impresses with its central location, but also the processing of a lot of wood and the large windows give it an unmistakable charm. The sun can be enjoyed with a cup of tea both in the kitchen overlooking the countryside and on the balcony from the top. Dich erwarten ein großzügiges 180 cm Bett, eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Spüle, ausgestattet für ein Frühstück oder Snacks sowie ein privates Badezimmer und Balkon. Das Phantastische Atelier ist Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses, verfügt aber über einen separaten Zugang. Parken kannst du bequem auf dem Grundstück.

Perfect for 4-6 guests, it offers 2 beds (140 x 200 cm / 160 x 140 cm) and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and private bathroom. Restaurants, cafes and attractions are very close. Apartment N° 11 on the 4th floor (elevator) with fast Wi-Fi and Magenta TV and the practical washing machine in the house provide amenities at a high standard.

The approx. 160 sqm apartment is located in a quiet, centrally located residential area; a 15-minute walk from the city center. Free parking and a bus stop are right outside the front door. It is my own apartment, which I rent out during my vacation. I am happy if my house and the beautiful garden are used during my absence and I am happy to make them available with confidence in appropriate behavior. Parties are not allowed.
