Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

A spacious bed is positioned against a vertically slatted wooden headboard. Two bedside tables flank the bed, each with modern green lamps. The bed is made with a white coverlet, complemented by patterned pillows in shades of blue and grey.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Short distance (1.5 km) to a lovely beach, possibility to put a boat in the water. The water is Svendborg sound. Close to the Øhavsstien, which is in Egebjerg hills. Blue Rock put and take is 500 meters from the house. Private parking right outside the door. Close to Svendborg, where there are ferries to the beautiful South Funen archipelago.
