Cozy and clean home! Darling interior in a great location. Walk to downtown Route 66. Fireplace, 55” TV, comfy queen bed in private bedroom & queen sofa sleeper in the living room. BBQ, patio table, full kitchen, Keurig and drip coffee with coffee, some spices, glass-top range, beautiful hardwood floors, large wrap-around deck with two rockers, cards/board games, washer/dryer. Close to everything. 1 min grocery store and Route 66, 2 min to Train, 6 min to Bearizona, 1 hour to the Grand Canyon.
