Just a short walk to enter the UPenn campus, The townhouse near the corner of 40th & Ludlow. which marks the edge of the UPenn campus. Within blocks of restaurants, bars, shops, novie theater, grocery store and much more. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the large ACME supermarket, and a variety of restaurants with different styles are only 1 to 2 minutes away on foot. Less than a block from SEPTA subway lines. Penn school buses are parked downstairs and campus police patrol 24 hours a day.
