Hike, fish, go boating or mountain biking one mile away at Marsh Creek State Park. Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, Lancaster and Philadelphia are all a short distance by car.

This poolside guest house includes a spacious kitchen, full bathroom, and one bedroom with a queen sized bed. You’ll love Sunset Valley Farm because it is a Horse property with activities on the property (season permitting). The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions.
