Die 1-Zi-Whg. liegt in der 1. Etage mit separatem Eingang. Fußbodenheizung, el. Rollläden, 3-fach verglaste Fenster, HD-TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einiges mehr, bieten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die max. Personenzahl ist 4, dann allerdings schon etwas eng und nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. Optimal ist die Whg. z.B. für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind. Ein Babybett, ein Kinder-Reisebett, sowie ein Kinderhochstuhl kann gegen eine geringe Gebühr bereitgestellt werden (5€ pro Aufenthalt).

It is an ideal starting point for trips to the Lüneburg Heide, Hamburg and Bremen; Heidepark, Outlet Mall, Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, Cartcenter, Center Park, Wildpark, Serengeti Park, .. We are extremely popular as a transit stop for vacation trips and are close to the Autobahn. Experience peace.

Parkplätze mit der Möglichkeit, das E-Auto zu laden, direkt vorm Haus. Das Hofgrundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und deshalb ideal für Kinder. Die Schaukel, der Sandkasten und das Stelzenhaus dürfen gern bespielt werden, so dass unser Hund, die Katzen, Hühner und Ponys schnell zur Nebensache werden. Den Pool dürft ihr gern benutzen.
