Charming townhouse overlooking SvendborgSund

You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Lovely small town apartment with terrace in Svendborg C

At one end of the old Karetmagergaard from about 1777, you can stay right in the middle of the city and only 200 meters from Svendborg city center. You are close to city life, harbour, cultural life & the very special South Funen nature. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, toilet and bath, and there is a small sunny terrace in the yard. There is 24 hours free parking on the road, and it is almost always possible to find a place.

You'll love my place because of the view of the water from every room and the huge terrace, from where you look down on the little beach with a fire pit. You will also enjoy barbecue while enjoying the view of the water, and with the new garden lounge, you have an extra room of 35 square meters. With beds (extra charge), you can accommodate 6 guests in three separate rooms. For anglers, it's just on with the waders and directly into the water - the trout are right outside the house. You're close to the bakery and Thurø's only place to eat.

Mærk roen sænke sig og prøv det simple liv med god comfort. Ude i naturen, men kun 1 km fra byen. Brændeovn, veludstyret køkken, 4 gode sengepladser, indendørs- og udendørs bad og velfungerende lugtfrit muldtoilet. Dog mere primitivt end en lejlighed 😊 Kun koldt vand i køkkenet i 20 liters dunke. Urin tanken skal tømmes hver aften. Spildevandsdunk tømmes ved behov. Udendørs bruser er kun med koldt vand. Tænd varmtvandsbeholderen 1 time inden, I gerne vil have varmt bad ☀️ Min kat bor i huset.

Small unique annex by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Hyggeligt indrettet gæstehus, med egen indgang og parkering. Midt i charmerende Thurø by. Kun få minutter fra nogle af de bedste lystfisker-spots på Sydfyn. Kort afstand til vandet i alle retninger. Egen terrasse med aftensol og grill. Perfekt for lystfiskere. Thurø og omegn har noget af Danmarks bedste Havørred vand. Tæt på smukke stier langs vandet hele vejen til Svendborg rige kulturliv. Kun 3km til Smørmosen strand (top 5 i DK) eller til Svendborg MTB-spor i Hallingskoven.

Svendborg - A very special oasis.

Lovely home with room for two adults, central location in the middle of Svendborg. Bright and modern apartment. With 10 min walk to train/bus station and ferries. Nearby grocery shopping. The home has a lovely location in a peaceful area and with a lovely backyard with small lovely terraces and cozy nooks for free use. A lovely garden with apple and plum trees, herb garden where the guest can also enjoy a piece of fruit rolls of herbs, or to get a little shaded.

Cozy and stylishly decorated apartment of 57 sqm located in the middle of charming Thurø with short distance to the water in all directions. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a lovely private patio. Here you can, enjoy the sun most of the day. The apartment is well-stocked with cooking utensils, good pots, etc. The home is in a nice old cinema consisting of two levels.
