This beautifully remodeled guest casita is centrally-located within Tucson. Walking distance to the Tucson Mall, the loop, many restaurants and parks. The gated community has a community pool/spa and dog run. The inner courtyard has a many plants and beautiful large quartz rocks. As you walk into your private entrance Studio you will see tile plank floor, a queen bed, 55in curve tv, dresser and a little desk. This room also has a kitchenette with quartz countertop and luxurious private bathroom.

Only 15 min drive to downtown & the UA. Plenty of wildlife! It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day in town, or get some time away to paint, write or reconvene with yourself, nature, or the one you love.
