Meine Unterkunft ist eine komplette Whg. im Anbau eines EFH in der Nähe vom Ostseestrand, familienfreundliche Aktivitäten und reichlich Kultur bietet Lübeck zu Hauf, Bushaltestelle 1 Gehminute. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der schönen Umgebung, dem Platz im Freien auf der Veranda, dem Blick aufs Wasser der Trave, den traumhaften Sonnenaufgängen über dem Wasser. Toll für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit Kindern. Die beiden erwähnten Schlafzimmer sind Giebelkammern (siehe Foto).

Einen Teil unseres Hauses, in dem wir als Familie leben, haben wir als Gästewohnung umfunktioniert. Diese Wohnung für Nichtraucher ist separater Teil unseres Hauses. Es liegt am Rande des Natur-und Landschaftsschutzgebietes Wakenitzniederung, ideal für 2 bis 3 Personen. Der große Wohnraum ist mit einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem weiteren, abgeteilten Einzelbett ausgestattet. Die Küche mit Essplatz liegt in einem zweiten Raum, vor dem eigenen Eingang eine kleine sonnige Terasse.

Herzlich Willkommen! Lübeck entdecken, eine entspannte Zeit bei uns genießen und die Nähe von Lübecks schönsten Wochenmarkt vor der Tür kennen lernen. Die Insel ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die gute Busverbindung nutzen und entspannt die Stadt genießen. Die Uni ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Das Auto kann sehr gut geparkt werden.Am Abend lädt eine Bank im vorderen Garten ein. Gern laden wir Sie nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in unserer Sauna oder unserem Fitnessraum (3.5km) ein.

Beachhouse-Großzügig und modern!

Herzlich willkommen an der Ostsee! Bei dieser Wohnung handelt es sich um die gesamte untere Etage eines Einfamilienhauses. Hier findet ihr alles, was ihr für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Garten mit Terrasse, Wiese, Teich und Carport steht euch ganz allein zur Verfügung. Da muss es nicht immer der Strand sein, der aber nur 500 m entfernt ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Gern könnt ihr auch euren Hund mitbringen, das Grundstück ist eingezäunt.

Die Wohnung ist nur 35 Quadratmeter groß. Ein Aufenthalt mit 3 oder 4 Personen wird nur für einen kurzen Zeitraum empfohlen. Wohnen und Schlafen findet in einem Raum statt (Siehe Zeichnung). Speisen zubereiten ist ebenfalls begrenzt möglich. Es stehen zwei Kochfelder sowie Töpfe und Pfanne zur Verfügung, jedoch kein Ofen sowie keine Mikrowelle. Lübeck lädt jedoch zum Essen in seinen diversen Restaurants ein. In dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft wirst du sicher eine tolle Zeit verbringen.

For an active vacation, the promenade is suitable for morning jogging, the golf course as well as a sailing school are located directly in front of the door and for the active swimmers the access is also directly in front of the door.

Im Norden Lübecks, im Stadtteil Schlutup, nahe der Trave-Mündung zur Ostsee, liegt unser Apartment . Es ist Teil unseres Hauses, bildet aber eine eigene Einheit mit separatem Eingang, Du-Bad,Pantry, sowie einer eigenen großen Terrasse mit Esstisch und Outdoorsofa. Diese Loungebereiche laden zum Verweilen und Enspannen ein ..... 7 km bis in die Innenstadt Lübeck, 12 km bis Travemünde und nur ein paar Schritte bis ins benachbarte Mecklenburg Vorpommern.

Nähe Niendorf Ostsee, Brodtener Steilufer Gemütliche, sehr helle 3-Zimmerwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Strandkorb mit weitem Ausblick über die Felder 1,2km zum Strand, Fußweg ca. 15 min, Rad keine 5min. sehr ruhig gelegen Parkplatz, WLAN und Wäsche inkl. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist recht steil.
