Located just blocks from restaurants, parks and bars! Our cozy home is a great spot for a weekend away with your SO, girlfriends or time away with family! Childproofed and pet friendly! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch or grill out on our large back deck with ambient bistro lights (with a connected fenced in backyard). Or there are plenty of amazing restaurant options within a 5-10 minute walk! This was our first home and was filled with love over the years! We hope you love it too!

Ridgedale Roost, where the location is the bomb!

This new house, finished in September 2019, it has all the amenities! Granite counter tops, and laundry. Huge front porch to relax on, and just waiting for you to come and enjoy! The house is located in the middle of two other short term rentals on the side of Missionary Ridge. It is a great centrally located area close to downtown and local attractions. Dogs are welcome and the BACK YARD IS FENCED. FIRM 2 DOG LIMIT and the females must be spayed. There are televsions in all 3 bedrooms.

Cute cottage at the foot of Lookout Mountain. Five miles to downtown Chattanooga and close to popular attractions. There are hiking and biking trails nearby and an easily accessible boat ramp at TVA. You will be just minutes from the freeway and there is a Walmart and restaurants just down the road. Family and pet friendly. Stocked with most of everything you will need for a great vacation! *Please pre-approve pets. We like to know the breed and that they are fully house trained.

This location cannot be beat! Right in the heart of North Shore. It is one block to Frazier Ave, which boasts many unique boutiques, restaurants, and bars. A short walk across the walking bridge is the downtown area. This historic bungalow is quiet and pleasant set back away from the road, with many stairs to the front door. For your knowledge, we do have a full-time tenant that lives in the upstairs apartment through a separate entrance.
