Complete with pool access, kitchen and full bath, this is a perfect place to stay to enjoy all that Franklin has to offer.

Tate and Lucy made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. Whatever we've needed has been only a text away. They are very responsive hosts. And even though we've had little conversation over the three weeks we've stayed in the Pool House, I would love to spend more time with them. The Pool House is ideal. It has a full kitchen, comfortable bed, fast internet , a large screen TV, and a nice bathroom. And, if the weather was a bit warmer, a beautiful pool just steps away from our entrance.
