Spacious, light-flooded & absolutely quiet architect's house with a large garden about 15 minutes from downtown Lübeck in the old fishing village of Schlutup. For relaxing, feeling good, finding peace or creative work just as suitable as a starting point for Baltic Sea trips (e.g. Travemünde) or trips to Lübeck (UNESCO World Heritage). Walking distance: outdoor swimming pool, trave, supermarket, supermarket, organic baker, border museum, etc. Enough privacy through three bedrooms. Terrace for 12 people.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Beautiful, spacious 4 rooms in a very quiet location. 1 room with double bed (200 x 200 cm), 1 room with large bed (140 x 200 cm) and a guest bed (90 x 190 cm) 1 living room with couch, dining table, TV, 1 anteroom and shower room. Additional floor folding mattress available on request. Microwave, refrigerator, hot water kettle, dishes, etc., but no own cooking area - if necessary, the kitchen (one floor higher) can be shared after a short consultation. REWE with bakery within walking distance.

Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

Finally, the time has come...after almost four years of planning and renovation, we can welcome the first guests to our tower from March 2025. On eleven square meters, we have created a tiny vacation home from an old transformer tower. The tower is small but nice and has many high-quality details. If you lie on the sofa bed, you can fall asleep overlooking the starry sky. The bathroom can be reached via the external staircase. Further description and pictures will follow

A short walk across the Trave, and you are in the middle of the picturesque old town flair with cafes, restaurants and charming alleys. The apartment is located in a quiet location near the Wakenitz, an idyllic place for the adventurous: Paddle, stand-up paddleboarding or just enjoy nature – anything is possible here.

In a quiet residential area in the northeast of Lübeck is the Schönkamp house, a semi-detached house from around 1900. It has been completely and lovingly renovated inside, combining the original character with a bright and modern atmosphere. Apart from the tiled kitchen, there are wooden floors everywhere. New central heating, double glazing, Wi-Fi and smart TV are provided. Lübeck city is 5 minutes bus or car ride, 10 min. by bike or 25 minutes on foot

Enjoy a rural holiday with the whole family, friends or for a bachelorette party in our vacation home "Große Bauerndiele." In the garden under the apple trees, you can relax or sit together comfortably. A barbecue is available! A sandbox or a ping-pong table is available for the kids. In summer, we recommend a canoe trip on nearby Ratzeburger See or a shopping trip to Lübeck! Wedding parties are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.

The slightly different apartment

Our small, nice apartment on the 2nd floor is suitable for 2 people. Due to the penthouse roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. A parking space is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.
