New construction 2022, modern but with rustic charm, very spacious living area with equipped kitchen, TV 43", maxi sofa bed, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Dining table in the patio, complete the apartment a private garden on the front and one on the back. The furnishings are very careful, where the modern is combined with valuable antique furniture. CIN: IT023059C24UGNFHLO From the accommodation, you can reach the beach and the city center within a few minutes' walk. Nearby are several shops, amusement parks, restaurants and bars. With the ideal bus, train and highway connections, you can quickly reach your destination. My accommodation is completely newly equipped and is located in a private, park-like residence with its own pool (May 31 - Sept. 22).

Rustico Bertel, house of 17th, lake view, hot tub

Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
