The large wooden terrace by the house allows you to find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoying your morning coffee while the ships pass by on Flensburgfjord. The light, water, and beautiful nature are absolutely magical on this part of Sydals. Walking and biking, fishing, kayaking and dinghy and kitesurfing are popular activities.

Cozy cottage of 86m2 with plenty of space outside and inside. The cottage is non-smoking and located in the area of Hesseløje, by Bøjden in quiet surroundings. There are 3 bedrooms (bed width 180, 140, 120), 1 bathroom, kitchen-living room, living room overlooking the Bay of Helnæs. Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in summer. It is a short distance to a good beach and natural area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is NOT included.

Relax in our serene "Solglimt" 400 meters from family-friendly beach. Houses are suitable for 2 families, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet. There is a large kitchen-dining room with a wood-burning stove. There are 2 lofts, 2 terraces and large lawn on large grounds. There is also a sauna. There is mini golf, small barbecue bar and campsite within 1000 meters. The old Gendarm path along the water invites great hikes. Electricity and linen package are included in the price.

Et lille badeværelse med wc, håndvask, bruseniche samt vaskemaskine. Omkring huset er der flere terrasser, så solen kan nydes hele dagen, samt en stor have hvor der er rig mulighed for at slappe af. Sommerhuset ligger på en stor naturgrund ca. 400 meter fra vandet. Nabolaget er roligt, og sommerhuset ligger så der er mulighed for privatliv.

The beaches of Falshöft and Wackerballig can be reached in a few minutes (3 km). The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen, stove and fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. The house is furnished with classic danish furniture and is child-friendly. There is a playhouse, a slide, and toys. The sandy beach is only 200m down the hill and the paved road and 100m behind the house you will find a natural forest with hilly trails.
