A numbered outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hansapark" as well as a public swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. Wi-Fi, towels & bed linen are provided FREE OF CHARGE

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee, toaster, etc. A parking space is right by the house. Linens & towels included. SONOS, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

Dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bedroom in the attic with large double bed (1.8m). The apartment has a large private roof terrace. The living-dining area offers an additional sofa bed as well as a workstation.
