It also includes a communal pool in the attic during the months of July and August. 10 minutes from the airport. Free parking. High quality WIFI. The Loft has capacity for up to 4 people. Double bed of 1.60 on the top floor and double sofa bed in living room. Baby cot (stored in the bed linen of the bedroom). Ideal couples, travel for work, travel for academic training, university, or simply enjoy a few days of relaxation in a quiet area near the forest. In the same urbanization, near the entrance of the garage, you have a nice restaurant where you can have from a good coffee to eat the daily menu, or a la carte. Also dinners. The studio, perfect for 2 people, is located in a 19th century Historic building in the same Puerta del Sol. It has a elevator, doorman and a large outdoor balcony. It is located next to Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Almudena Cathedral and just minutes from the three museums: Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen Bornemisza and Mercado de San Miguel. The apartment is in an area restricted to traffic, only for the use of residents, so there is no noise and you can enjoy a pleasant sleep.

High-roof apartment attached to Madrid cottage. 150 meters away you have the mouth of the Alto de Extremadura metro and just next to a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, in addition there is also a night line that leaves from Plaza de Cibeles.
